To refresh your memory on the subject, here is the bullet point list from recent Tucker Carlson’s Daily Caller post:

  • Christopher Steele told a State Department official a former Russian spy chief and a top Kremlin adviser were involved in an operation to collect compromising information on Donald Trump.
  • The State Department official’s notes also indicate Steele claimed the Russians, Vyacheslav Trubnikov and Vladislav Surkov, were “sources” for the dossier.
  • There is no evidence the compromising material mentioned in the dossier actually exists, raising questions about whether Steele was given disinformation.
  • Trubnikov, the former head of the SVR, also has links to Stefan Halper, an FBI informant who had contact with the Trump campaign.

The Steele’s “Trump dossier” alleges that while the Russian government was putting significant effort behind Trump’s election, going allegedly as far as hacking the Democratic National Committee and Hillary’s personal servers in search for damaging for democrats information, operating pro-Trump click farms, and stomping for Trump on every street corner, some people inside the government acted against this alleged pro-Trump efforts and tried to undermine Trump’s election by cooperating with the British intelligence.

So, Steele claimed that the general policy of Russian government was in support of Trump, while some high profile officials were doing everything possible, literally risking their lives, and well being of their families, to prevent Trump from being elected.

“Presidential Advisor Vladislov Surkov and Vyasheslov Trubnikov (former head of Russian External Intelligence Service — SVR) are also involved,” wrote Kavalec, who served as deputy assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian issues.”

Steele claimed to Kavalec that two government officials were “involved” in “pro-Trump” efforts, which still leaves out names of those who were involved in anti-Trump efforts.

From two named individuals, Vyasheslov Trubnikov was head of the SVR during the Yeltsin’s period from 1996 to March 2000. Same period he served as a member of the Yeltsin’s Security Council of Russia.Needless to say that Yeltsin’s rule was one of the most devastating to Russian nation, ever. Trubnikov was demoted to the First deputy of the Foreign Minister in d’Affaires La Communauté des États indépendants (C.E.I.) After four years he was further demoted to the Ambassador of Russia to India, in which capacity he had lasted only five years, before retiring in 2009 to take an honorary position as a senior researcher for The Primakov Instituteof World Economy and International Relations, Russian Academy of Sciences (IMEMO). Which means that he has not been directly involved neither with the Russian intelligence nor with its government for at least 20 to 10 years at the time Steele’s report came to play.

Second person named as the source for Steele’s report, Dudaev Aslanbek Andarbekovich, a real name of Vladislav Surkov, was sanctioned by the US Treasure department under the US’s Magnitsky sanctions list in 2014 by then Obama’s administration. The rationale behind him cooperating with pro-Hillary forces is not immediately clear, unless he was promised lifting of sanctions and access to his foreign assets in case he had any and in case Hillary Clinton wins. As of time of this post, Surkov is still officially listed as an aid to the President of Russia from his appointment in 2013.

Out of all lawsuits so far filed in regard to the Steele’s allegations, the British citizen, Svetlana Lokhova’s court papers directly link Vladimir I. Trubnikov with the British and US intelligence.

Lokhova explicitly states:

“The Mueller Report conclusively vindicates Plaintiff and General Flynn, and proves Halper and his associates were intentionally lying about virtually every material fact.”

She doesn’t directly names Surkov and Trubnikov as co-defendants, but states on page 13 of the court filing:

“35. Unlike Lokhova, Halper was (and is) deeply, intimately and undeniably connected with Russian intelligence.

36. Between 2012 and 2015 Halper invited General Vladimir I. Trubnikov (“Trubnikov”), former director of Russian intelligence, to teach at the Seminar.

A May 2012 course syllabus states, “Ambassador Vladimir I. Trubnikov will comment on the challenges faced while directing the Foreign Intelligence Service, his tenure as Ambassador to India, President Putin and the likely course of Russia’s relations with Britain and the U.S. ” In May 2015, Trubnikov returned to teach with Halper at the Seminar on “current relations between the Russian Federation and the West.” Other notable intelligence experts attended the event in 2015, including Major Gen. Peter Williams, a former British commander of the mission to the Soviet Forces in Germany. Halper’s partner in the Seminar was Cambridge Professor Neil Kent (“Kent”)According to Kent’s biography, he was a professor from 2002 to 2012 at Russia’s St. Petersburg State Academic Institute.

Christopher Steele (“Steele”) told the FBI that General Trubnikov was one of the sources of the infamous Steele dossier. [https://dailycaller.com/2019/05/16/steele-dossier-sources-state-department/ (“Dossier author Christopher Steele identified a former Russian spy chief and a top adviser to Russian President Vladimir Putin as being involved in handling potentially compromising information about President Donald Trump, State Department notes show. In her notes, State Department official Kathleen Kavalec also referred to the two Russians – former Russian foreign intelligence chief Vyacheslav Trubnikov and Putin aide Vladislav Surkov – as ‘sources.’”). Lokhova has never met General Trubnikov.

Stefan Halper, who was then an emeritus Cambridge professor, had received roughly $1 million in tax-payer funded money to write the Defense Departmentforeign policy reports, according to his attorney Sean Bigley.

The reason we call the system we live in the Matrix system is for its self-reproducing repetitive nature, which as a whole and in its parts down to the smallest cogs obeys certain rules, one of which states that every gigantic lie built by the Matrix has to contain in its core a grain of truth. This rule is unbreakable and has its own religious, spiritual and mystical reasons. Jay Dyer at jaysanalysis.com might be a good person to ask about this phenomenon.

Our knowledge of this basic rule allows to assume that there was someone in the highest echelons of Russia’s government who coordinated with Steele and the British intelligence a setup for “Russia-Trump collusion” claim. A setup that end up involving many people and organizations across borders. Some people are fighting now to clear up their names in courts. While others are in jail, like a team of Shaltai-Boltai group that produced and published fake documents of never existing “Internet Research Agency” activities. I wrote a bit about them in my “Brief History of the “Kremlin Trolls.”

Jumping ahead a bit, yesterday, a week after an alleged US government source in Russia’s government was arrested, the US judge entered a historic ruling that Russia meddling was “only private conduct by private actors and that there is no proof that any of those private actors had any connection to Russian government.

Seems like a victory of reason and law over propaganda of hate. It could be if it wasn’t for a prior arrest of Washington’s source “in the Kremlin.” As of today, the court decision looks like an afterthought and a clumsy attempt to help their source in Russia.

Until now we could only guess a general outline of a shadow of a government official working hard to place hundred fifty million people under the US sanctions and possible NATO attack. All we could think of that it was someone extremely dangerous, well connected and driven by religious, ideological or ethnic hate.

There were multiple reasons why Steele’s collaborator(s) inside Russia’s government had to be caught. For obvious national security reasons. If government officials collaborated with the MI6 agents, current or former, it would be a sheer insanity and treason to allow them access to the national security secrets. Which is to say it’s not unprecedented for Russia’s government officials to serve the British national interests. Last decades of Russian Empire, first decades of the trotskyists’ terror rule, last decades of the USSR and the 90s, – every tragic periods of Russia’s history all marked by the British influence or even direct rule via collaborators inside the government. It’s not about Trump at all, it had to be done for the sake of all of us. No surprise that many people in Russia want to know who exactly in Russian government helped to elect Trump, if any, and who were those who tried to take him down by collaborating with Steele.

Back then no one believed that Trump would ever be elected. From the start “trump-Russia collusion” was a setup to have a “legal” reason for Hillary Clinton to start a war against Russia. She promised a nuclear strike on Russia. It’s a fact.

Those inside Russian government who collaborated with Steele must have had a clear understanding that they were preparing a Gulf of Tonkin, Pearl Harbor and sinking of the RMS Lusitania and the USS Maine in one package with 1898 letter of Spanish ambassador Enrique Dupuy de Lome leaked to the U.S. Secretary of State and published by New York Journal owner William Randolph Hearst on Feb. 9, 1898, under the headline: “Worst Insult to the United States in Its History.” Six days before the battleship USS Maine blew up in Havana harbor for mysterious never explained reasons, and The Spanish-American War had commenced.

As the Matrix dictates, at the very end of World War I, when it was a time for the US to step in to claim their victory, an identical event took place.

“On March 1, 1917, U.S. headlines erupted with news of a secret cable from German Foreign Minister Arthur Zimmermann to his minister in Mexico City. The minister was instructed to offer Mexico a return of “lost territories in Texas, New Mexico and Arizona,” should war break out with the United States and Mexico enter the war on the side of Germany.

British intelligence had intercepted the “Zimmermann telegram” and helpfully made it public. Americans were enraged. Six weeks later, we were at war with the Kaiser’s Germany.

One year later, on April 24 1918, the American States invaded Russia and stayed until they with their European allies installed their proxy Trotskists’ government, which was the aim of the WWI to start with.

It also was Arthur Zimmermann who facilitated the pass through Germany to Russia by train nearly a hundred terrorists members of the General Jewish Labour Bund army and members of the German Social Democratic Party from Germany, England and North America with their leaders Trotsky and Vladimir Lenin. The terrorists were generously financed by major North American and European banks.

The train was given a high traffic priority by the Germans. Crown Prince Wilhelm, the eldest son of Kaiser Wilhelm II, was delayed for two hours to let Lenin’s train to pass. After Germany, Sweden and Finland let them through. Prince George Lvov issued a decree to allow all political prisoners the freedom to return to their homes. Nearly 250,000 trained, organized and dangerous terrorists returned to Russia.

Prince Lvov or Georgy Yevgenyevich Lvov was born in November 2, 1861 in Dresden, Kingdom of Saxony, German Confederation, died in Paris. He became briefly the head of the Russian state after he with others forced Nikolai II to abdicate on 15 March 1917. Just two weeks after the US entered the World War I against Germany, which by all accounts would result in Russia’s victory. To prevent Russia’s victory, Prince Lvov acting on behalf of foreign entities, organized the coup d’etat and ended the monarchy in Russia.

In other words, its a known phenomenon for government officials in Russia to act in the interests of foreign powers with the most devastating consequences for the nation. Whoever in the government of Russia acted to plant “bread crumbs” of “Russian interference in the 2026 election” and “Trump Russia collusion” knew that they were creating a legal excuse to attack Russia. These all was taking place prior to new weapons revelations when every Western “expert” claimed that Russian army was a “rust bucket” and that for Russia to fall all what needed was a one good push. Then Secretary of Defense Ash Carter, a specialist in medieval physics, even wrote a thesis on survivability of a limited nuclear strike against an American city. The paper was extremely popular. The late boss of Kurt Volker, John McCain, comes to mind as being fond to quote from it.

It is still available here: The Day After: Action in the 24 Hours Following a Nuclear Blast in an American City by Ashton B. Carter, Michael M. May, and William J. Perry. On June 4th, the Yeltsin Center in Yekaterinburg hold first ever American Independence day parade on its premises. The major sponsor of the event was U.S.Consul General Dr. Paul M. Carter, Jr. Guests received cardboard crowns, slogans “Happy 4th of July” and a chance to take a photo with Uncle Sam mascot.

The US Consulate in Yekaterinburg also celebrated the 25th anniversary since Yeltsin established it. The former ambassador to Russia scandalously known for rabid Russophobia and connection to the Clintons, Michael McFaul, delivered a speech in which he mused that not everyone still understands the danger of “Russian aggression” and that it stands in a way of creation “a long-term strategy of fighting against Putin’s Russia.”

I wasn’t able to find McFaul’s speech on-line, so quoting the linked publication.

While this bizarre performance was still in full swing, in Moscow the FSB (Federal Security Service) arrested the Aide to the Russian President Plenipotentiary Representative in the Urals Federal District Alexander Vorobyov for high treason in the interest of Poland.

First precious few details were released about this Polish spy, so far. TASS reported that Vorobyov had been detained on July 4 under a criminal case opened under the Section 275 of the Russian Criminal Code (“Treason”). The details of the case are unknown, as it is classified.

According to the website of the plenipotentiary representative’s office, Alexander Vorobyov was born on April 30, 1980. In 2004, he graduated from Moscow Institute of Psychology and Sociology majoring in law. In 2010-2017, he held senior positions in the Kaliningrad Region’s government. In 2017, he was appointed federal inspector for the Karelia Region, after which in January 2018 he worked as chief of staff at Russian Presidential Aide Nikolai Tsukanov’s office. In July 2018, he was appointed aide to Nikolai Tsukanov, who became Plenipotentiary Representative in the Urals Federal District. On July 5, Moscow’s Lefortovo Court ruled to keep Aide to the Russian Plenipotentiary Representative in the Urals Federal District Alexander Vorobyov under two months arrest on the charges of treason,

Suspected of treason assistant Plenipotentiary representative of the President in the Ural Federal district Alexander Vorobyov is being investigated for involvement in the disclosure of information from the Security Council meetings to the Polish authorities. Vorobyov’s long term boss Nikolai Tsukanov is a member of the Security Council.

As of the time of this post, Alexander Vorobyovis still listed on the government siteas a assistant Plenipotentiary representative to the President of Russia in Ural.

Yekaterinburg, the home for Yeltsin center, and a place of execution of Nikolai II and his family, – is the capital of the Ural region.

It’s assumed that Vorobyov, who speaks perfect Polish language and has a citizenship of Poland, was recruited by Poland in 2005. Considering that he could be spying for Poland and all relative NATO states for fourteen years beginning with 2005 in Kalinigrad.

The Moscow Lefortovo Court Judge Elena Kaneva ruled to arrest Alexander Vorobyov for two months under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the “Treason”).

Introducing himself in court, Vorobyov said that he was a member of the presidential envoy to the Urals Federal District Nikolai Tsukanov. He also asked for the investigation materials to be given to him.

“I am an assistant to the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Urals Federal District,” Vorobyov said. “I consider the court ruling unlawful and unreasonable. We will appeal against it, ” said to the Media his lawyer Alexey Alyanov

Now, a week later, more details are coming up. Someone found and posted on-line unverified copies of Polish real estate records that show that Vorobyov and his wife own two apartments and a house in Poland. The investigation found a Polish passport in his name and professional grade recording equipment. But the most interesting fact about Vorobyov is that in 2005 he was enrolled at the government of Poland Academy of Public Service. In this Polish University he studied municipal and public administration.

“We can assume,” write a commentator for online newspaper Vek (Century), “that now the FSB will have a number of questions personally to the Plenipotentiary of the President in the Ural district Nikolai Tsukanov, with whom the detainee met in Kaliningrad, and then worked for at least ten years.”

Media already sounded a version, according to which Vorobyov could be a notorious anonymous source inside the Russian presidential Administration, the source that was referred to in all major Western media high-profile international scandals in which the West accused Moscow of different nefarious activities. This anonymous source came up during the incident in British Salisbury, where they claimed the British spy Skripal was poisoned, same anonymous source was cited as a proof of the GRU operation aimed at hacking the servers of the National Committee of the American Democratic party during the US presidential election in 2016.

The liberal “Moskovsky Komsomolez” with reference to own sources, writes that Vorobyov’s detention could be a part of a large-scale operation on identification in Russia of an entire network of Polish agents. It’s possible considering that on June 20, the court sentenced to 14 years in jail a Polish citizen Marianne Rejewski as being a Polish spy acting on the territory of Russia. According to investigators, Rajewski planned to smuggle to Poland components from a classified Russian air defense system S-300. The company “Auto TRANS”, which he owned had a license to “trade in explosives, ammunition, weapons, as well as technologies and products necessary for the needs of the police and military.” This license was revoked shortly before Rajewski’s arrest in December 2018.

The Western corporate and government funded media after initial reports went silent. Neither the Washington Times, no The Moscow Times, or CBS17 news, and a few others who reported on arrest mentioned Poland or a possible links to Steele.

The stunned silence of the Western media comes across as a shell shock. They, most likely, were waiting for their governments’ instructions, and the FBI raiding Jeffrey Epstein’s Manhattan house on July 6th just three days after Vorobyov’s arrest, speaks volume about the US powers-to-be acting like turn of the last century Odessa fish market thieves setting up a fire in a corner to detract their public from doom spelling events.
